When We Meet

Waterfront Commission
The East Providence Waterfront Commission meets quarterly. The meetings are usually held on at 6:30 p.m. in Room 306, third floor, City Hall, 145 Taunton Avenue, East Providence, Rhode Island. All meetings are open to the public. The meeting agendas are posted in East Providence City Hall, on the City's website, on the Waterfront Commission's website and on the Secretary of State's website.

Design Review Committee and Hearing Panel
Design Review Committee meetings and Hearing Panel meetings are scheduled when development proposals are submitted. All meetings are open to the public. The meetings are posted at East Providence City Hall, on the City's website and on the Secretary of State's website.
